Celebrate your special occasion in our spacious 9,600 sq. ft. event center. Featuring a welcoming foyer, a large open carpeted space, and ample parking, the venue is well suited for weddings, parties, showers, meetings, and other gatherings. The event center is also ADA compliant, helping ensure it is accessible and comfortable for all guests.

We offer flexible rental spaces at two convenient locations. Shady Brook Flex Spaces is located in North Rose, and Sodus Trade Storage is located in Sodus. Both locations offer units with overhead doors and private bathrooms, providing practical space for businesses, contractors, workshops, equipment, and storage.
